Our highly enthusiastic Wilderen team provides friendly and welcoming service. The brewery café and its terrace can accommodate more than 500 people. It is an excellent place to familiarise yourself with the diverse products of our brewery and distillery.
The café’s big open hearth is the place to be on a cold winter’s day. It’s the height of cosiness! Enjoy a delicious Double You Gin Tonic, Omerta or Tripel Kanunnik on the couch by the open fire, or chat with family and friends at the extra large tables with a glass of Wilderen Goud.
When the sun is out in spring and summer, it’s a delight to relax on one of our terraces. Find a quiet spot under the trailing hop vines on the ‘hop terrace’, or laze in the lounge in the shadow of the old distillery. Children certainly won’t be bored. They can play in the big sand pit, or on the slide and the wooden climbing frame. Parents can relax on the adjacent terrace, with a beautiful view of the brewery and distillery in all their glory.
Guided Tours
At 3 pm every Saturday and Sunday, and on public holidays, you can join one of our regular guided tours of the modern brewery & distillery, followed by a visit to the old distillery as it was in 1890.
After the tour, you can partake of a free drink (beer, soft drink or coffee), and you receive a stamped postcard on which to share all your pleasant experiences.

…we will have less work to do because we no longer wash glasses by hand? All our glasses are now washed at 70° Celsius in a new Winterhalter, the Rolls Royce of dishwashers!
…this year we are also open for you on Monday open ? And even an hour earlier! At 12 noon instead of 1 pm.
